(+) Strategic Location.., Heart of Surabaya City, so close with Tunjungan Plaza 1-5 (Mall superblock), Mc. Donalds n KFC (all 24hours). Comfy room and clean bathroom. You can fill drink water (anytime) with water dispenser near lift area. (-) Bad of breakfast, not well cooked..

The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy

Conveniently located in front of Tunjungan Mall, with McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC on the same side of the road. Rooms are just perfect for solo travellers, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower.

Great location only
Good location just opposite TP mall, just a basic simple hotel, the hot water didn't work, water pressure was very low and don't even have a electric kettle, tea bag and cofee.

Good and convenient
Room small and clean. Breakfast simple.There is a big shopping mall opposite the hotel.Food court in the shopping mall 5th floor.Restaurant KFC & McDonald just near by. Take around 30 minutes taxi/cab from airport to hotel.

Ligt tegenover de beroemde Tunjungan Plaza. Oversteken naar de TP is gevaarlijk. Er is een brug en op dit moment is bezig met verbouwing van een lift. Medewerker is vriendelijk. Gratis koud warm Water Te vinden in ieder verdieping

Very nice hotel. Affordable price with breakfast provided. Good taste breakfast. Welcoming and good staff on check in counter. Comfort bed. Clean bathroom. Good air conditioning. Flat screen TV. Even the room quite small but value for money.

Good budget hotel near shopping mall
Overall is good except abit noisy outside corridor and street. Breakfast can be better but still acceptable for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
