Kecewa berat dengan Hotel ini
Membeli jenis kamar horizon club dengan gambar ada bath tube. Saat tiba dan cek in diberikan jenis kamar tanpa bathtube karena katanya saya memesan horizon deluxe club (bukan executive club Yg ada bathtube). Padahal saat pemesanan tidak ada tulisan deluxe sama sekali. Tdk ada penjelasan yg komperhensif di awal situs hotels.com. pihak hotel malah menyalahkan saya sebagai customer bukannya membantu menyelesaikan atau memberikan upgrade. Sungguh mengecewakan!!!

Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment.
Calm atmosphere all around.

Refurbished rooms are great!
The refurbished rooms are very well done. Spacious and thoughtfully designed. The club lounge had creative and tasty canapes and the wine selection was very pleasant. Thanks to Mr Eric at Bumbu for his kind hospitality. I generally felt very welcomed and attended to at Shangri-La Surabaya. Thank you.

The staff are excellent, the property is beautiful, the pool is very nice and there are 4 places to eat inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide variety of options. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel regularly. It is consistent, with great staff, nicely appointed rooms, good restaurant options and a safe and clean facility. This hotel is very comfortable for long business stays.

전체적으로 오래된 시설이나 관리는 잘 되고있음. 시내 중심가에서는 다소 떨어진 위치로 주변에 상점나 식당이 없음. 길건너 대형상가가 있으나 이동이 다소 불편함. 조식은 호텔이름에 걸맞지 않게 별로였음.
