Nyaman dan strategis
Kamarnya cukup luas dan bersih. Hanya lampu mejanya mati. Pilihan sarapan cukup bervariasi dan enak. Tapi kopinya kurang enak karena pakai yang instant dari vending machine.

The Greatest comes from The Small Things
We usually stay in various hotel in Surabaya or others city to spend our weekend with family and colleague. But when we checked in here we surprised with the towel color. it did not bright white. White but dull. Also with the key card. At that moment around 12.10 pm, we had problem to use the elevator and need to re-fresh again this card to the customer service in lobby. We noticed that time limit is 12.00 for check out, since we still had a gathering in the meeting room of this hotel, we need to finished several things in there. After everything done, we returned to our room, automatically we also need to used the elevator to picked up luggage from our rooms, returned the key card to the CS, etc...all the procedures of check out. On the beginning we thought only us that had an issue with this one since it was passing due check out time, so the card could not be used on the elevator and need to refresh again in CS. But our colleagues who stayed with us in the same hotel had same problems in the morning (before check out time). When we checked in we had informed the CS about our conditions that we had gathering in they ballroom ..etc..etc..and will be checked out around more than 12 and 1pm latest. By the way in other hotels that we ever stayed, they don't "banned the key card" like this to the guests. The Staff will call us on the mobile phone (if they could not find us is our room) to get confirmation to extend or not.

Its a new and clean hotel.
The hotel is new and I like the gym and the swimming pool, The operation manager, Mr. Kencana is also friendly. The only thing is they are lack of staff and only cover the basic operation. The staff that is in cafeteria also don't bother to greet or say thank you to you. Can not blame them because they are very busy.

Very pleasant stay, I recommand it.
Clean and modern hotel. Functional room, great shower and super comfortable bed. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. Smilling and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and gym. Strong WiFi and many international tv chanels. It has everything you need or want. Could be less expensive. I would stay again at a lower cost.

Very affordable hotel which is really worth it. I get a good service and a delicious breakfast and yet I don’t have to pay so much for those! Water heater needs improvement, though. Hot water doesn’t flow steadily. But overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Good small budget friendly hotel
Cute hotel not too far from the airport. Room was small but the bed was super comfortable and the service was great. It's not the best area for walking around and getting stuff to eat etc

Overall, a good and friendly hotel.
Clean and cosy room, good breakfast and a nice pool (although small). However, high pillows, too-bright lighting above the washbasin and few gym equiments can be improved.

Goed hotel voor een weekendje
De kamer is klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bad kamer is ook goed en schoon. Alleen de eetzaal is wat minder, het eten is ook niet zo bijzonder. De tafel kleed was vies, bestek zijn ook niet schoon. Personeel zijn heel erg aardig en behulpzaam.

check inもスムーズで5分も掛からなかった。 部屋も適度な大きさ、明るさで価格に見合った質感であった。 朝食はバイキング形式で、品揃え多数で大変良かった。

Nice Hotel goog performance.
This hotel is being always used at the time of Surabaya stay. Breakfast is also enriched and staff's thoughtful consideration is also seen.

l'accueil est médiocre. staff pas souriant . Pas accès à la piscine car souvent privatisée pour mariages et convention. odeur d'égouts même au 9 ème étage. petit déjeuner très bien.
