Hotel Reception Problem
Check in process was long, because hotel staff asked for hotel voucher, and there was no information about breakfast. The next morning, hotel staff informed guide that no breakfast included. They should have informed guide at the time of check in - so we could decide whether we had breakfast at the hotel or outside. Not Recommended to book this hotel online in the future, as there were a lot miscommunication occurred.

Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either.

I stayed for seven nights. Bathroom cleanliness was horrible especially the shower. The only thing that is clean in the room is the bed. Staff are amazing though.

Terrible service from the staff. Not trained properly to handle situations and they told me to go ahead to complain to their management. Rude and very unprofessional. With the price, there are many other hotels around the area thats worth your money.

It didn't feel like a 5* hotel. 5/10 points.
Good vibes, but the condition is not really good. The water in the sink didn't flow away properly. Also we requested for a room with a view on the city, but didn't get it. After asking the reception a second time, we still did not get it, even though there was availabilities as shown on hotels.com. Hmmmmm... Also the breakfast was very poor. However: It wasn't bad stay, but we def expected more from a 5* hotel.

Near to a major shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and accommodating
I stayed in this hotel for my birthday trip. The staffs are very helpful to assist every demands that my husband requested to prepare some birthday surprises. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Very good value for such price. The location is in the heart of Surabaya which eases our mobility. We are happy with our stay here.

WYNDHAM Surabaya is very well located in the heart of the city. I like the facilities and also within several minutes walking distance to one of the nicest malls. Room is generally spacious and comfortable

Very good service to hotel guest! I was not feeling well this evening so my HB went to ask for in-house doctor but they dont gave one. Instead the duty manager arranged his guy sent us to the nearest hospital, acted as translater, waited n brought us back safely to hotel.

Nice business hotel. Comfortable room @ good value
Good overall. Great breakfast, great staff. Executive class room was very nice. Location is awkward, having to go several blocks for shopping an restaurants. City touring opportunities are limited.
Just one night for business, met very friendly staffs and heloful.
Unfortunately internet conbection is terribly hard to set, disconbection happened most of the time .
