"Excellent customer service, great location as well."

"Amazing rooms"

"Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5"

""Stayed at The Magnetica during a business visit to Surat. The hotel is brand new with spotless rooms and modern interiors. Their 100% pure veg fine-dine restaurant serves delicious food with top-notch hygiene, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Fast Wi-Fi, polite staff, and prompt room service made the stay completely seamless. Highly recommended for business travelers and...

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant had good food variety and the staff were excellent."

An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...
