"Cute place great views would go back in the summer"

"This hotel appears to have a rodent issue. I stayed in room 209 for two nights and could clearly hear multiple animals running around in the ceiling, especially at night. The sounds were unmistakable, including scurrying, gnawing, and squeaking. I noticed it on the first night but tried to ignore it. By the second evening, the noise became much louder and constant, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk. While the staff member initially seemed skeptical, he came up, and after hearing the sounds and activity himself, and immediately moved me to another room. Management later followed up and issued a $50 credit, which felt insufficient given the severity of the situation. I question the legality of renting out a room in that condition. Aside from this issue, the property itself was otherwise OK."

"The rooms were clean- and the location was good. But, the property was dated and the pool was not open although it is advertised as having an indoor all year round pool. I realize it was an off season stay - but, perhaps it should have been noted that the pool is not yet open. "

"For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing. "
