"Great location, but save yourself the money for getting the bay view. You can NOT see out of it. Paid extra for the bay view to it only be covered by some film and be all blurry. I would much rather have had a TV screen showing outside as it would’ve been more effective. Very disappointed on that end. They also charge mandatory resort fees. I was advised they could be removed if I didn’t utilize the services, which I didn’t and still got charged the fees."

"Overall good experience. Service could be improved. My room wasn’t cleaned until I physically spoke to cleaning people and than they didn’t replenish the coffee station. Elevator had a poor smell"
