"On the first night that we arrived and went out for dinner when we came back, the air-conditioning wasn’t working and it was already past midnight. We called the front desk and they moved us over to a beautiful room. They were so accommodating everything was already unpacked in the initial room and they took everything themselves and they were very accommodating and very kind. Specially so late at night."

"I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!"

"Great view room was nice but only downfall was they have benches right at the end of the patio from our where ppl can sit. So if u wanted to stand at the railing of the patio you gotta worry about kicking people in the head or dripping drinks on them"
