"Love this hotel and the indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet has variety but cost is not included in room price. If you’re planning on doing room service don’t wait until the last minute as we could not get anyone to answer the phone at the Grill for breakfast room service on a weekday. The arcade area is great but should be included in room fee too in my opinion-we stay at another hotel in the area that has a great arcade that’s part of the price of your stay. Staff here were very nice and helpful-they brought a luggage cart to our room for checkout upon request which was much appreciated with a few kiddos to get out the door too!"
