"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night."

"Best Hilton Garden Inn I've ever been in, with excellent rooms and a shockingly good restaurant. The facility surpasses some full blown Hilton Hotels. The only downside is the price. Quasi-Manhattan prices in Rochester, NY???"

"There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great"

"This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person."

"We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund."
