"Entire facility was clean. People were very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is a route to the smoking free dining area that is not through the smoke filled casino. "

"The location and grounds are wonderful. The owners and help equally wonderful. Loved our room on the end. Very quiet. Homemade breakfast delicious. "

"This was a GREAT option for Lassen Volcanic National Park. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy with a nice mini-fridge and microwave. The restaurant across the street (same company) was excellent with some great sunset views from the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."
