The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much trouble The only area that could use a little improvement is the bathroom, which would benefit from some updating. "Our room was fantastic with a view of the jungle. The breakfast was amazing - I got so overwhelmed with the choices. They have balinese dance which is great because it's included. They offered a welcome drink and their staff was super accomodating. They helped us when my husband got sick and really went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!!!"

"We absolutely loved this resort! We chose this place for our first stay on our honeymoon in Bali, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for us and to make us feel very welcomed there. We chose the royal villa for our stay, and let me just say the pictures don’t even do the place justice! The villa was huge, exceptionally clean, beautiful views of the jungle, and had the perfect amount of privacy for us to relax at. The spa at the resort had amazing massages that we really enjoyed and needed, and a perfect location just a short walk away from our villa. We loved just walking around the resort as all the grounds and scenery were stunning, and very well kept and maintained. The restaurant was easily a five star. I wish we got a chance to personally thank the chefs because their food was absolutely delicious, and it was all perfectly presented. There wasn’t a meal we had there that left us even a little disappointed. One of our favorite things about our stay at Ayung was their staff. The service and hospitality they provided could not have been any better! We met so many great workers there, and all of them were extremely kind and helpful. They did an excellent job at making us feel like at home. We cant wait to come back to Bali and stay here again! Would highly recommend this resort for others. Thanks! Noah and Amanda"
