"We were forced out of our Casita a day earlier due to unplanned maintenance. This would not work for us as a family with a baby and 2 small kids. We needed to cut our vacation short due to this. I was upset as I flew to Arizona from Florida to have this vacation with my family. I was refunded one night but that was all the compensation I received for this major inconvenience."

"The room was large and so was the cockaroach waiting to greet us! There were a bunch of other small bugs in the shower but they did not bother us. The mirrors were streaky and they need to start using clorox magic wands to clean the toilet. We wanted coffee Saturday morning but the barista did not show up. The pool area is rarely cleaned, dirty towels all over the place. The beds are super cozy and the AC works well. Probably would not come back."

It looked nice, but after they’re actually analyzing and walking around the bathtub have shoe prints in them. There was a small little worms underneath the table against the wall in a big giant worm inside in front of our door we immediately left. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
