"No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person."

"Clean rooms with comfy beds. Lots of noise though from outside on both sides. It’s basic but meets your needs. Great staff super friendly "

"its a motor inn so dont expect alot. Ok place for a stop over. The shower could have been cleaner as it had slight mould at the corners and the bed cover and towles were aged. "

"Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

"The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. "

"The room was clean as was the bathroom. The one chair in the room wasn't comfortable. Need some drawers in the bathroom. Air contioner is very old. Had a lovely meal in the bistro and bar staff very nice. Receptionist was very informative and very helpful. "

"We have been here a few times now and to be honest this is the last time we will be visiting. The room was a disgrace, about at least 10 flys all through the room, none of the cabin has been cleaned properly, to give you some context, the dust pan and brush has faeces on it from the previous visitors, the sheets hadn't been changed, one of our kids found snot all over the blanket that had been left on his bed, we even found boogers and snot over our own sheets. The bin liner hadn't been taken...
