フロントスタッフの対応がとても不親切だ。 私は今回の旅行にHotel.comを利用して韓国の昌原マーキュリアホテル2泊、高陽市にあるソノカム5泊を行いました。 2ホテルはとても満足していますが、ヤンヤン市にあるUrban hotelのフロントスタッフの対応に不満足です。 理由はずっと2人が旅行をするのにUrbanホテルだけ1人で予約になっていると1人分の朝食費用を支払を要求されて支払ったのですが、わかりません。

실망스러운 하룻 밤

들어가자마자 담배 냄새가 많이났습니다. 또 침대에는 긴 머리카락이 두 가닥 있더군요. 제가 알아서 환기하고 청소해야 했어요. 게다가 도로변이라 정말 시끄럽습니다. 차는 녹차 2티백 밖에 없어요. 2층에 커피 라운지가 있다고는 하는데, 아침에 이용하러 갔다가 조식 먹는 사람만 마실 수 있다고 얘기 들었습니다. 그러면은 기본적으로 커피 티백도 룸에 비치해야 되는 것이 아닌가요? 그래도 삼성급 호텔이라고 하는데 서비스가 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 다시는 이용 안 할 것 같아요.

경기도 인덕원역의 부티크(?)호텔

방은 넓은데 화장실은 욕조도 없고 1개의 문으로 화장실과 샤워실을 여닫는 형태로서 불편하였습니다. 침대의 쿠션은 양호하였으며 주차장은 기계식 주차장으로 관리원이 대신 주차하여 주었습니다. 인테리어는 연식이 오래되어 리모델링이 필요한 시점이 도래하였습니다.

주차직원 굉장히 불쾌했다. 본인이 자리비워놓고 프런트에 말하지 그랬냐며 오히려 손님에게 화내고 차도 마음대로 들어와 빼버림 그러나 월욜아침. 조식담당쉐프때문에 다 풀어짐 너무 친절하고 조식종류나 퀄리티 청결도 만족 . 아이가 많이 먹지못해 컵라면 한개 챙기려고 하니 주방에서 일회용 젓가락까지 챙겨주심 ~조식 강추드립니다.
