"Property did not have an elevator. Room was way too small but the bathroom was nice and big. The place is old and not too clean needs renovation. Need more English speaking speaker even if it is a little. Did not feel too safe if you're a solo traveller. I would not recommend that. "

"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry.
The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm.
However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light.
The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room.
It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...

"The room wasn't big but it was ok since it was very clean and newly rennovated. However, the smell of smoke (although I booked a non-smoking room) was lingering within the room. The room had an air purifier so that helped a lot with the smell, so it didn't really bother me that much but it may for someone who is sensitive to scents. "

"Was an amazing stay, wish it was next to more train lines but the bus transit next to the hotel was very convenient. Will come back again next time I come to Seoul!"
"Good location and clean room with comfortable beds and bathroom. Hardwood floor definitely is a plus. Big sized room and kept clean.
Walking distance to most of tourist sites and train stations. "
"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi
Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops
Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"
"Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but thatโs what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well. "
"When it comes to the storied legacy of The Westin Josun Seoul, there is no question that it stands among the finest hospitality establishments in the country.
Each morningโs breakfast was nothing short of exquisiteโthoughtfully curated with exceptional quality and refined presentation. The harmonious selection of Korean, Western, and international offerings provided both variety and balance, delivering more than enough to energize and elevate the start of each day.
Equally impressive was the caliber of the staff, whose professionalism and attentiveness were truly of an elite standard. The housekeeping service, in particular, was outstandingโconsistently meticulous and deserving of the highest commendation."
"Their breakfast is good. They offer Western options like pancakes and salads, as well as Korean instant noodles. However, it would be even better if they included more traditional Korean dishes for breakfast."
