Check in was easy. Once I got to the room, I could tell that it hasn’t been swept and it also has moldy shower curtains.

Sometimes it helps to actually use the vacuum and something to mop the floors with. Also requested non smoking and i think all of the nonsmoking rooms rotate into smoking rooms. When I stayed here before, much cleaner and nonsmoking was nonsmoking. Internet is very slow like 1996 when used dial up.

Great Place to Stay if You're Going to Swainsboro
Clean room. Safe hotel. Quiet. Water pressure could have been better. There were a few unwarapped soaps left in the bathroom. But that's very minor. This is the best place in the area. No "adult activities" - this is a straight up hotel.

Shorthand on staff, horrible breakfast (stale donuts) cheap coffee, limited bedding supplies and linen, have to come down to front desk for all needs, small outdated rooms, TV not working and no batteries in remote. My stay was horrible. Will NEVER book again.

Small town stay!
The trip was awesome! We were in town for Family Reunion and the hotel was awesome, very clean, accommodating and the staff was excellent! I’ll definitely return to this location!!!

Best morning staff to start your day!
Front desk staff is always amazing and friendly. Have stayed many times over few years now and staff never looses its personality. Morning staff this trip was over the top. My go to place when in Swainsboro.

We came to Swainsboro,GA in the early morning of July 3rd for the 4th of July Holiday. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. I had hoped to sit out at the pool seeing how the heat index was over 💯. The hotel manager informed us that the pool was closed permanently! He said that the insurance was to high. We checked out was able to get a room at the Marriott in Statesboro, and the pool was open!!! We should have not sacrificed our comfort for a closer location!

Hometown hotel bad stay
Upon entering it was hot air not on and seemed clean but the tub was not the floor grout was not clean Frig dusty. The floors dusty ask sandy beach wax neat had to keep wiping my feet off I slipped one afternoon getting out of tub because floor was slippery There was no pool available it was covered we asked the lady said it was under construction as well as heating the construction from the hallway as they put rooms together Continental breakfast is just not cereal and coffee they are Miss leading to people to find a close place small town does not mean small services One day we asked they not come in but what happened yo other days just the garbage was done we had to ask for towels and soap We will not go there again

I booked the hotel because it was advertised as having a fitness center. However, when I checked in, I found that the fitness center was closed with no indication that it was going to be open at any point during my stay. That is information that would’ve swayed my decision to stay in that hotel versus a different one.

Go to place for swainsboro!
Have stayed several times each yr the last two years in a row and staff is always so friendly and helpful! My go to hotel for swainsboro. Door chime and early morning bell ringing at desk was a bit loud with room close by but great place otherwise.

Staff was ok but the bed was hard as a rock, roaches in the room and breakfast area, the boiler eggs that they had for breakfast had mold on them.

There was no tv remote in the room. Found a dead roach in the corner and the carpet does not get vacuumed or cleaned by cleaning staff. On my 2nd and final night thI saw 2 live roaches in the bathroom. I will never be going back there and cannot possibly recommend it.

This place desperately needs a renovation. Building and room in very poor condition. Water would not get hot enough for a shower. Shower head could not be aimed. TV remote did not work. Just plain bad.

Pool was covered and closed it was late June?? It also appeared to have never been open for the summer season. Extremely limited breakfast, nasty coffee and only powdered creamer. Didn’t see milk for cold cereal and the juice machine was broken. Saw live bugs crawling in dining area only. Our room was comfortable and clean. TV reception wasn’t good and couldn’t find local or cable news channels. A/C in room did work well and a microwave and fridge was available. The Town where this hotel is located has a blue law where alcohol can’t be served on Sunday’s.
