The property was amazing with knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Our hostess Nelly was outstanding as she made reservations at various restaurants for us as well as extra activities and excursions in Sandwich Harbour. I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely establishment right at the center of everything, beach restaurants, bars and shops. Nelly at reception and her coworkers were absolutely kind and helpful. They booked my transfers, activities and had great recommendations of places to eat etc. I was room 21, just over the bar. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It needs a little more love as some of the deco is showing signs of age. The bar closes around 9pm at 10pm, it’s all quiet. It was quite hot during my stay and the aircon in the room was an absolute lifesaver. Nespresso. Machine in the room I was a definite plus for me. Breakfast was adequate and fruit was fresh. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. Definitely recommend this place.
There’s a great German coffee shop and a great Italian Pizza place leading up to the hotel door.
Room is super spacious and tastefully decorated.
Bar, is right below this window serving craft beers and wine. Popular, chilled, family friendly spot. As well as a gelato bar and activities booth. 10/10

I had another wonderful stay at Swakopmund Luxury Suites—this was my second or third time here, and I hope to be back again soon! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. The location is unbeatable, especially if you enjoy dining out, as there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Swakopmund!

I stayed 6 nights in the honeymoon suite and the room was amazing! I was travelling for business, so WiFi was important, and the WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was good too, with a choice of cold buffet food, including meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and fruit, and a hot menu too, including a Full English. The staff were also great, very helpful with any queries I had.

Best choice!

The rooms are clean and equipped with every detail, the decoration super nice, the breakfast amazing, the location perfect both for beach and city centre/restaurants. But the best is the staff, starting from the lady at the reception and that did extra mile to help us fixing even problems with car and also special mention to Tymo. Without his supervision of parking we would never found out the problem with the tyre before going to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the suite! Thanks for everything!

I will not stay again with kids and elderly.

Although Manager was lovely, we were not satisfied with our stay. We had terrible incidents as our toddler, child and grandfather was stuck in the elevator for 20min late evening. We were really mistreated by the company responsible for the elevator. (Making fun of the situation, and extremely rude) I would suggest all to use stairs instead of elevator especially after 7pm. We also never received the new towels (we had limited towels to use at the end) during our 3days stay. Room is comfortable and location is great but if you have small kids or elder parents, I would pick a hotel stay with full time staff as no staff will on site after 7pm.
