"We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. "Room was okay, towels had stains on them. Roaches big and babies visible in room and lobby. Breakfast was totally fine for what it is."

"Parking was fine, AC was super....loud, but kept us comfy. Bathroom was GROSS!!!!! Room was ok, beds were clean but were literally COT frames. The worst part is this is apparently a residential motel with permanent residents. The guys all were way to focused on us as we arrived. At some point while we were out, somebody drew a Heart on the outside of our room window with red magic marker!! CREEEEEPY"

"Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 6 nights - the property has a private garage so parking was a breeze. Really good location in Old Naples on 5th Ave. in walking distance to all of the downtown bars, restaurants and shops. A few more blocks past that is the beach - super easy! The staff was the highlight - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool area was large and great to the kids, loved the balcony overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend staying here! "

"Too many vagrants eating breakfast and occupying Seats meant for guests. Staff was not keeping them from entering the hotel, helping themselves and carrying food out. "

"Have stayed at this property for several years and really enjoy it. Everything is top notch and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Will return again next year. The only suggestion I would make is to consider a recliner for each room. It would be great to stretch out after walking all day."

"Most uncomfortable stay at a place in quite a while. Bed was placed 1 foot beside window cooling unit so it blew cold air on you if unit was running. In order to sleep we had to turn unit off from a so called smart thermostat. Room temperature never stable and in order to regain comfort you had to turn unit back on for a short period at thermostat and then turn it back off. Effectively we worked thermostat manually in order to stay comfortable in room. Also when you wanted to turn cooling unit...
