"Gorgeous house in an amazing location. The views were fantastic. Wonderfully cool indoors when it was so hot outside (30 degrees c). Sitting on the terrace with the view of the bay will stay with us. We loved Mumbles and really hope we will return."

"This terrace house in Swansea City Centre is well located for anything you want to do around town. There is convenience shops nearby and the two minute walk to Wetherspoons should you so desire! House is well set up with one bedroom down stairs three bedrooms upstairs with a well stocked kitchen should you want to prepare food. Smart TV work 12 with Netflix etc .Generally the area is no worse than any other any inner city area with a pub over the road but we did not hear any noises from outside...

"Photos don't do it justice - so much space! Stayed for four nights with my Dad and brother, we are all 6 foot + and I was a bit concerned it would be pokey. Not at all, the opposite. Terrace was lovely, great to watch the birds, rabbits and hedgehogs. Imagine that in summer it would be a proper little suntrap! Couple of minutes from the beach and five/ten on the beach or a path to Port Eynon. We would love to come back. For the price, it was perfect, and helped us make some lovely memories in...

"Beautiful property, 10 minute walk from a Sandy bay. On a road but not busy and didn’t detract from the peace and quiet. Property was very cosy, welcoming and clean, with everything one could need for a short stay. Stayed with my daughter and would revisit again. "It!s a good location, ample parking for 2 cars easily. Upstairs clean, beds good, comfortable, bathroom is lovely and a downstairs shower too, both tiled beautifully. The downstairs needs a bit of TLC to be honest. Kitchen had that greasy smell, cupboards need attention, doors etc, some bits falling off about the place, so a bit tired.
