"This hotel is dirty! There was trash laying on the floor in the elevator. The lobby and hall ways are dark and unkept. And the worse part was the room. Turned on the a/c and the odor coming out was like raw feces. I thought it might go away after it was on for awhile, so we left to get some dinner. Upon returning, i stopped at the front desk to cancel the next night, as we were supposed to stay two nights but decided to cut our stay short. The girl at the front desk said she couldn't help me...

"Check in was simple. Room was very small (that's ok) Had a K cup coffee maker with no k cups or or drinking cups. No ice machine or ice bucket, the guys at the creamery gave us cups of ice. Hair dryer was falling off the wall and sounded like it was going to catch on fire. Toilet ran non stop. Shower curtain to short and all the water goes onto the floor. Only 2 towels. AC worked good and TV was nice. It has the potential to be a really nice place."

"We were in Bowling Green for a wedding. I was disappointed in my choice the moment I walked in the lobby. The lobby was not Welcoming at all. The building smelled very musty. When we finally got to our room because we were not given directions on how to get to the room when checking in. The room had a very strange smell to it too. The hallway was not a warm and cozy place to stay. The TV area of the room was terrible, again not warm and cozy feeling. The nicest place of the room was the wash...

"Clean room. Great location for conference I was attending. Breakfast was convenient grab & go type foods (not meat & eggs breakfast)."

"Like: Close to the mammoth cave. Don’t like: even though the room is ready before 3 pm check in time, but they asked us to pay early check in fees if we like to check in. We left then came back again to check in"
