"The hotel was not well maintained. To start with the positives…the gym and pool area were nice. As for the negatives…none of the charging outlets worked in our room, the tub was dirty, pancake maker wasn’t working, the water filler was broken and many breakfast items were not available. The hallways were not vacuumed and there was an unpatched hole in the wall of our room. The staff was very nice but due to the hotel being “overbooked” (not entirely sure how that is possible) they could not...

"The hotel was ok. I picked the location to be like a central hub for my local visits. There were some things that bothered me. First was the smell outside and inside. There were some faint smells of mold and even smoke. I was out most of the time and blasting the AC did help. The worst was some of the customers. "Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. "I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!"
