Everyone was super helpful and nice all the time. Smiling and ready to make a positive impact.
The poolside man at the front pool next to the beach, Mohamed and the other gentleman at the beach, Abit the driver, the gentleman that helped me at the arrival and when I was leaving with my bags, the Lebanese restaurant guys and the Cafe guys at night….. everyone was amazing!!

"I used to choose this hotel every time I visited Jordan, and it was always my first choice. I have stayed there seven times, but this was by far the worst experience. I was very disappointed because the service has declined significantly.
The staff were not helpful at all. There was no friendliness, no smiles, and no willingness to assist.
I stayed with my daughter and her children. First, we were given a room that was very far from everything. The golf cart took a very long time to arrive,...

"Perfect location if you wish to visit nearby Dead Sea or go to Amman. There is also plenty of shops around if you wish to shop/eat local foods. There is a fenced off parking area next to hotel which is also amazing if you bring your own vehicle."
