I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that. He said it’s OK just walk over top of it and I said it’s super treacherous didn’t feel like slipping as I was with another senior citizen very dangerous holes in the walls in one of the bedrooms and then he told me I booked it through a private company so he had to charge me an extra $65. I never paid him. I left the keys on the table inside the unit and left."
