"We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not try). Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was good (and free). Staff were very helpful, lending us an electric adaptor as our normal European one didnt match Swiss sockets. It would be good if a kettle was provided in the room. Overall we'd recommend this place to stay. "

"Quick stop for us overnight before flights. Easy to navigate in local tram, the city pass gave us free transportation. Airport shuttle ran on schedule and the breakfast was delicious with many great options- cereal and yogurt to bacon sausage and eggs, toast with jam. Coffee & Tea machines with an option for everyone. "

"The service was remakably accomodating. As an American who traveled so far to be in Switzerland, the staff here could not have been kinder. Speaks excellent English. As comfortable yet breathtaking of a stay imagineable for our Honeymoon."

"This is the way a hotel should be in the modern age. Easy self check-in and check-out (with staff nearby eager to help). You can control the lights, blinds, TV, etc from the app on your phone. The room was modern and very comfortable. And right in the centre of the city!"

"Mona Montreux was the best hotel experience we had while in Switzerland! Its location was ideal! 5 minute walk from train, right on the promenade near restaurants. The hotel was spotless, there were a lot of complimentary perks: bike and stand up paddle boards free of charge, free bottles of water and iced tea while on the sun roof/jacuzzi area, free popcorn and coffee/ cappuccino in lobby. Nice bathrobe and slippers included. Room was beautiful! And the view was amazing of lake Geneva. The front desk staff was wonderful! One small issue was our room wasn’t ready at check-in time but that was ok, the staff held our bags and we went to visit vineyards. Would highly recommend Mona Montreux!!!!!"
