"My disappointments? The bathroom had a bad smell. Most likely coming from the shower drain. The extra buttons on the walls for electricity in the outlets or the stove was confusing to us. Also the fact that you can message the hotel, but you get AI on the other side is a bit disappointing. Overall, despite the distance from the city center, the public transport to the town or the airport leaves from near the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs and short walking distance....

"This place was amazing views and cleanliness. There was a language barrier with check in and the fact that breakfast was included. We didn't realize about breakfast until our last day."

"Wonderful stay - everything is new and place is well equipped. It is walkable to town and bus is convenient although beware that sometimes it is so full you can’t get on."

"Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

"事前にチャットでオーナーさんと連絡して色々お世話になりました。チェクインは部屋がどこだかわからなかったですが無事部屋がわかりチェックインできました。洗濯機、オーブン、冷蔵庫、IHコンロもありとても快適に過ごせました。ワインのプレゼントも素敵でした。部屋からマッターホルンがのでロケーションがとても良かったです。ツェルマットでのステイがとても良い物になりました。"

"It was family trip with the kids, the property could have been kept a little more clean. It’s an old property and definitely needs some refresh. Kitchen could use a microwave and the property definitely needs some fans to sustain the heat during summer. Host needs to make sure toiletries are refilled before the property is rented and recommend to replace the towels and linen at minimum."
