"Parking on the premises; I always like such convenience a lot, especially in Switzerland. It is a family run small hotel, so not much fancy shmancy infrastructure there. But the family rooms are big, very well equipped and even have some separation. Also, our family room allowed us direct access to the terrace on the back side of the hotel and the garden, which is super nice and sunny. The breakfast is small but seriously amazing, loved it. What is not so great is the location, all the skiing...

"We (a couple from US) had an excellent stay at this mountain lodge in Sedrun. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Dinner was well prepared, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hosts made the experience stand out. They were friendly, welcoming, and took time to share helpful information about the area, which made planning our days easy. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations. "I love this place. Very easy to get to with bus 102 and 7 minutes away from Interlaken Ost. It came with breakfast although I haven’t really avail it everyday because I had to get out early most of the time. The place is a bit spacious than what I expected and I travelled by myself and I felt safe all the time. It has a beautiful view and the staff were very nice and helpful. Can definitely recommend."

"Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu...
