"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "The hotels appearance is overwhelming. The views from the terraces is beautiful. The staff is great. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend staying during the summer months and confirming the rooms are heated in the cooler months."

"This is a gem! Great location and a beautiful place that retains the charm of its age but is updated to be clean and comfortable for modern use. Everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent with beautiful porch for outside eating. If you are driving let them know when you book your room and they will reserve you a parking spot conveniently located across the street. Wonderful place!"

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail !
