When we walked through the entrance doors, a VERY strong marijauna odour was present. After returning from.supper, it happened again. We were told it was a guest that lived there. He smoked right at the entrance though and guests had to smell the pungent odour. After this was mentioned at the desk, the desk clerk later told us that that particular guest was asked to smoke away from the entrance. We really appreciated that effort on their part.
Upon checking in, the young clerk was quite pleasant. When asked if there were any "upgrades" available, she did not know what the word meant! Once settled into the room, the wifi would not work on any of our phones. The desk clerk said they were told that they were working on it. It was not available for any of our 2 and a half day stay. As a result they discounted our bill 15%.
The reservation was booked for 4 people in one room. There were only 2 sets of towels.
Once it was time for bed, we turned down the sheets and found a very dirty bottom sheet, almost like it wasn't changed. The clerk was working alone so brought up a sheet and we had to re-make the bed ourselves.
