Make sure you go to the toilet before you take a shower, because afterwards that floor will be soaked. Toilet and shower are built in a single shell, and there is no provision for a shower curtain between the two. So once you have taken a shower the entire floor is inevitably wet.

It was really dirty under the bed and ended up triggering my and my husband's allergies. The place itself is quite simple, with good service and a good location. If it were clean, it would be a good place to stay.

Excellent value when you just want a night’s sleep close to the airport. Very clean with comfortable beds. We have a lovely light breakfast in the morning. There was no blind on the window in our room, which seemed strange, but was no trouble to us. Entry code was not sent to us, but a quick phone call to the number given at the door had that quickly sorted.

This is a convenient place to stay: inexpensive, close to airport, close to St Peters Train station, short train ride to CBD, huge park near by. The breakfast is pretty skimpy. The room very basic and small to American standards. Clean enough for being older. This is a good place to stay.

Excellent service - allowed me to check into an available room early before leaving for town. I asked to park early and they offered me room access as well. The property is older and worn, but their willingness to offer to meet my needs where possible was excellent.

Room was good, bathroom was tiny and found it hard being a big guy. Bed was comfortable. For a cheaper option was good overall. Close to St Peters Station and a bus stop right out the front of the hotel.

Rancid sewerage smell in room. Parking charge for insecure parking. Disparity in rooms charges. Might as well as stayed at a backpackers.

Convenient to the airport. Continental brekky was great. Cleanliness was fantastic. Asked for a ground floor room and late checkout and was given both. Arman, the manager, was very helpful and amenable

The hotel does not have an elevator so be aware if you have to take luggage up and down the stairs. Our room was in the basement with 2 other rooms plus storage room. Was a bit scared staying there and away from the other guest rooms. The sink is across the room from the shower/toilet. Very nice large bath towels were provided, and there is no hand towel, washcloth and bath mat. Hotel is located between KFC and MacDonalds. Nothing else in walking distance.

No aircondition room was about 35 degress and mould in bathroom. Should not have been sold a room with out airconditioning as advertised. Staff tried their best to rectify with a fan

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well stocked with towels, hand towels, toilet paper, body wash in the shower, tea bags, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There was a kettle in the room as well as a microwave, TV, toilet and shower, there were vending machines in the hall and there was a breakfast nook which we ultimately didn't use due to an early flight. Checkin and checkout were both super easy and stress-free. The only thing I didn't like was the planes flying overhead as it was quite noticeable, however given how close we were to the airport this wasn't the motel's fault at all, and the planes did stop flying overhead around 10pm which made for a good, quiet night. The bed was lovely and soft, the motel was only about 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to shopping centres as well. We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you to everyone at the motel for such a wonderful stay!

A shock stay away
Not what I expected at all for an Accor accomodation. Even though its budget version still will expect better facilities. Room was dirty, AC doesn’t work , fridge , desk , bathroom all dirty . Worst of all our room doesn’t even have a room number sign , we just assumed with the key card. Window tract was broken the only way to pull down was to tied with dental floss else won’t be able to sleep as our room was facing KFC!! The only saving grace is its location and snuck between Macca & KFC.

Disgusting, broken door locks, NOT a 3-star hotel
This hotel is awful and I would not recommend anyone stay here. It should not be listed as a 3-star - that is false advertising and hotels.com should fix that ASAP. I wish I had read the reviews and not taken the stars at face value when I booked. Absolutely filthy room: dirt and stains all over the walls, large blood stains on bedding, a huge crack in the glass of the exterior window. And do not expect any security. The door handle to our room was broken. And when I accidentally put our key card in door of another room (because many of the rooms on our floor were missing room numbers), it unlocked that other persons room too!! Reception was non-existent. When we arrived, no one was at reception for 30 minutes. When someone finally arrived, and we asked to store our luggage they wanted us to just leave it in the lobby claiming they would watch it (obviously not true since no one had been around for half an hour). Then, it turns out they did have a secure luggage room, but for whatever reason they did not want us to use it? I wish I had just left and booked a different hotel.
