"Always made welcomed,friendly staff, clean rooms "

"No-one at reception to assist with check in, front door locked, Waited 30 mins before i called the hotel, previously tried calling the afterhours number with no answer. Staff turned up and we were checked in. Room was tidy but needed more attention to corners particularly in the corners of the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible!"

"Comfort little hotel with roomy space fit for 3 adult nicely. Room has kicthenette which is helpful. Location is not within city but Very close to Green Square station for short trip from airport and to city. Many good restaurant nearby and 1 supermarket for daily needs. Recomended to stay"

"General impressions of the hotel are positive, it is clean and tidy, good quality bed inlcuding pillows and duvets. nice sized TV and reasonable quality food. Fish and Chips was a bit of a let down more like fish fingers and chips. WIFI is reasonable although often disconnects and requires Re-Auth and this can happen 4 or 5 times a day. "

"Everything was good except for q elevator wad out of service for the first 2 days. Ate dinnner st the hotel q night chicken Ceasar was great Thr breakfast buffet was not good. Only allowed a 1 egg omelet and the rest of the hot buffet was greasy cold food. Had no food all day nearly passed out, as it was a travel day. The room was nice the front desk people were very good."
