"The proximity of the walking distance to the train was an invaluable as it made traveling easy during our 5 day stay. The scenery of the Sydney bridge and Luna park from the hotel room, patio in front of the hotel, and from the LB restaurant was incredible view. The hotel staff were extremely professional. The LB restaurant staff defined service. I would highly recommend this full service hotel. "

"Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade."

"Excellent location, walk to Darling Harbor, tons of good restaurants nearby. Hotel service and facilities are really good, there is an nepresso machine in room. Onsite restaurant is also worth trying. "

"We chose Novotel Darling Harbour for our 21st anniversary celebration and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from our Executive Room to an Executive Loft Suite, which made our celebration feel extra special. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view facing the harbour. It also featured an ensuite spa, which made the stay even more relaxing and perfect for our celebration. Great location, fantastic service, and a memorable experience all around. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel for a special getaway."
