"Unable to drive to the entrance to check in, had to navigate car parking area whose entrance was difficult to find & then take the lift to reception. Daughter found that appliances & kitchenware in cupboards were dirty. Iron hotplate had something burnt & stuck to it so was unusable. No water in fridge, one small carton of milk, three teabags. There was a couple of small areas of rust in bathroom. Looked like someone had banged maybe a suitcase into the wall & taken a chunk of plaster out. Bed & television were large, no problems there."

We stayed 4 nights, and had a room which overlooked rooftop garden internally - only complaint was the room was a little dark and with the limited outlook. Next time would request a street facing room. Very good value for money though. Would stay again."

"I specifically chose this property because of the car parking. Even though I selected ‘free parking’ in my search options, it wasn’t until check in that I was informed that parking was a considerable extra cost per night. This was an extra expense that was not budgeted for, causing me to locate more affordable parking that was an inconvenient distance from the accommodation. There were no free street parking options during the weekdays, and limited on weekends. If this information was made clear at the time of booking, I would have decided not to hire a car. Or I could have chosen a different property that suited my needs. Mould on grout in the shower, stained carpet in the living room and the balcony tiles were filthy! Management did not respond to my email complaint. "
