"I used to stay here often a year ago. It was a nice hotel, but now it reeks of weed. I stayed two nights, and on exiting the elevator, one is hit with a wall of skunk weed smells. I asked for a room at the end of the hallway, but it made little difference. Twice, I had to place a towel at the foot of my room's door and open the window to clear the air of the pervasive smells of weed. Although the staff is very pleasant, they don't seem interested in doing something about the non-smoking policy. So, if you don't mind sleeping in a place that smells like a sketchy part of town, by all means, stay here. It wasn't this way before, and the awful smells are tolerated now."

"So I didn’t realize I needed to request a room with a view. We literally were looking at a brick wall while the shade was open lol the shower had hair on the walls (prior to even being used) and no microwave within the rooms…it’s located on the 3rd floor. Other than those minor nuisances…perfect location for the event I was attending. Thank you"

"The room was fairly clean, however we did find 5 strands of long hair in the shower. The view from our room (426) was basically non-existent. The staff was friendly and informative. The valet parking was excessively overpriced, however we were able to find parking elsewhere. The hotel location was ideal and close to the Inner Harbor and many restaurants."

"I enjoyed my stay at Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the harbor, which really added to the overall experience. I was also impressed by how quiet the room was. There was a loud student group staying on our floor, but once we were inside the room, you could barely hear any of the noise. The sound insulation made a big difference and allowed for a peaceful stay. The location was another major plus. There were attractions nearby, two nice restaurants right on site, and the free water taxi pulled up directly to the hotel, which made getting around both convenient and fun. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable visit with great views, a peaceful room, and an excellent location."

"The hotel is really old. It feels darker than it should be because of the colors, poor lighting, old elevators. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room was better, but the smell in the hallways and rooms was old and musty. Not much fresh or circulated air."
