"Nice big rooms very clean. My first night there was a very, very loud booming pounding musical event on the floor right above me keeping me up way too late. My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent."
"We really enjoyed our stay and the service and staff offering were wonderful. From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble.

"The room 100 is very loud with it being next to the stairs. There was also not hot water so we showered mostly luke warm water which felt cold during the time we were there. The air conditioner and everything was loud. The air vent was loud in the bathroom. Beds were nice on the other hand and the room was pretty clean."
