"Clean room and great AC. Disappointing breakfast. It was almost all gone when we checked and it was before 9 am. I think they did refills muffins etc eventually as we were checking out. Loud at times because all rooms have floors not carpet so people in room above were loud as they were up early walking. Ask for room on top floor if possible. All in all a good safe place to stay!"

This place must have been awesome 100 years ago.
Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. Hedges are overgrown and block the view of what could be beautiful scenery.
