"This is a very clean, slick, well-meaning hotel, but our stay had many drawbacks and we will not be going back. First, when we were upgraded to a higher floor, the reception person made a big deal that we should be far away from the elevator. It didn't happen. We heard the elevator ring loud and clear! Then in the morning, all of a sudden our lights went out. When I called downstairs, I was told that sometimes the sensor goes off. My husband had to go outside in his bathrobe and use the room key...

"Parking is not free, $35 a day. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get around. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included and wasn’t bad at all."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights during the World Cup. Centrally located near MIT, about a 15 mins walk from Central subway station, we also walked into the city centre. Took about an hour but was a lovely walk. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, rooms seemed pretty sound proofed. Breakfast was decent, but felt at $25 per person, it was a bit expensive, although upon check in, we got a voucher for $32 off per day which made it pretty reasonable. Would stay again if I returned to Boston"

"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Had a lovely stay last week for my HBS reunion. Absolutely love the atmosphere and property. Such an oasis as compared to the hustle and bustle - more like chaos! - last week in Boston. Went to another hotel for some reunion activities and it totally felt like a circus. So relieved to come back to this beautiful and calm oasis to chill and relax. Proximity to Harvard Square is unbeatable. Common area and room well maintained and tastefully appointed."

"We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of...
