"Hotel lobby area has been updated. Room we stayed in was not except for the bathroom. The room itself was just painted but you can see that it has some humidity issues. Overall it was an ok place to stay."

"No one at desk when arriving, had to call out for someone to check me in. Key failed to work in door, had to walk to lobby and call out for someone to assist me. Key worked but had to shoulder door to open. No phone in room to report TV not working, had to walk to report it not working. Told it would be fixed but never was. Room was only cleaned one day. Left room on Thursday morning, April 09/26 and told them toilet was not working. Came back to room late that night and found bed not made, toilet not fixed with strong odor from toilet because not being able to be flushed. Walked to lobby and had to call out for someone. Explained what I found and was told no one there to help till morning I immediately check out leaving two nights left on my reservation.. I think this RED ROOF INN should be investigated by EXPEDIA, Health Department, Fire Department, City of Syracuse and County and State investigators. "
