We had a wonderful stay at Castro Syros. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the port and the center of Ermoupoli, making it easy to explore the town, shops, and restaurants. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere and excellent rest. We would gladly stay here again.

A beautiful, small boutique style hotel in a great location. The welcome staff were extremely lovely and helpful, a warm welcome. The room was ready early and incredibly clean and well stocked. Gorgeous bathroom and overall vibe was upmarket feel. Breakfast had a good hot order menu, the self service was minimal but the to order food was great quality. The spa was small and extra charges seemed a little too much for someone staying there, but I can see why you had to book as it was just a small room off reception. Having said that they accommodated a massage booking really well for me and it was very good. Overall a lovely stay and I would stay again. The lift was slightly awkward and small, but the buildings are obviously old.

This was the best experience I had ever had. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning and clean. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious.

The Castro Hotel was outstanding in every possible aspect. It was magnificently restored, the amenities were superior and the staff could not do enough to make our stay more than comforting!

Nicely tucked off in the narrow streets, with easy and quick access to clothing shops, restaurants and bars. It is a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and provides you with a clean and friendly environment to rest your head.

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I was a little bummed because their spa and restaurant was closed but their staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was the best food we had while island hopping too.

El hotel es nuevo, muy bien decorado , el personal es muy amable y servicial ,intentan ayudar hasta con el más mínimo detalle . El desayuno que incluye la tarifa de la habitación es muy bueno, a la carta y con varias opciones . Excelente ubicación.

Cozy hotel right in the heart of Ermoupolis. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The best part is the location. Easily walkable to stores, cafes and the waterfront.

Excellent location, literary 30 seconds walk from the harbour. Room was compact but we had everything we needed. Shower drain needs improving, water very slow to drain after two showers. Being located on the ground floor next to the front door we experienced noise of guests coming in and out at night. Breakfast buffet was small but excellent quality with à la carte egg dishes also available. 15 mins complimentary massage in the spa was a nice touch and the WhatsApp concierge service was a life saver for organising taxis and beach club bookings.

Loved this boutique, modern hotel! An easy walk from the ferry, beautifully appointed lobby, room, and restaurant, and comfortable bed/accomodations. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious (included!), and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
