"Der Aufzug war die ganze Zeit defekt. Kofferschleppen über die Fluchttreppe ohne Unterstützung. Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht abschalten. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Ich habe ein Ticket ausdrucken lassen und musste dafür an der Rezeption bezahlen. So etwas ist mir noch nie in einem Hotel passiert. Service ist dort ein Fremdwort."

"Wir hatten eines der Apartments im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren wirklich toll. Sauber war es auch, jedoch roch es im Badezimmer den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr stark nach Abfluss. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet, aber es reichte um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen."

"We had a very nice stay. Very nice staff and the breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The pool/spa area was very nice, but my only negative was that the class for kids was too loud. I was very worried a child would get hurt running on the wet float the teacher had out. I think times when there is a class for small kids should be posted in the rooms so that guests can plan to go to the pool area when it is quieter. :)"

"Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Die Räume waren sauber und ordentlich. Leider sind die Fenster nicht gut schallisoliert und direkt vor dem Gebäude gibt es eine große Straße mit lauter Straßenbahn. Bis spät in die Nacht und ab vier Uhr morgens ist diese gut zu hören. Das Hotel stellt Ohrstöpsel bereit. Kommunikation mit dem Personal ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl was die Freundlichkeit als auch die Erreichbarkeit angeht (Rezeption meist nicht besetzt). Frühstücksauswahl grundsätzlich gut, aber...
