Personal an der Rezeption leider sehr unflexibel und gerne auch mit Falschaussagen, damit man Ruhe gibt mit seinem Anliegen. Leider in zwei Tagen mehr als einmal vorgekommen. Dazu auch eher "neutral freundlich". Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was Zustand und Sauberkeit angeht, doch die tolle Lage entschädigt..."

"We selected this hotel based on the spa amenity, as we had an overnight flight to get to Budapest. The spa is beautiful and helped refresh us before we started our vacation.
