There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. "Room was clean and tidy. The wooden beams gave the room character. Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable with a very decent range. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. "
