"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety along with cooked to order eggs, very tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Everything is great except for inability of the hotel to answer my messages through the Expedia site. I messaged the property 2 months ahead about us needing the airport shuttle but we never got an answer from the hotel. Expedia customer service called the hotel for us and still we did not get an answer. Fortunately we saw the hotel's shuttle sign as we exited the airport and got it from there. FYI: the hotel is within walking distance from the airport and the shuttle is not free. But with a flight arriving late at night, the shuttle is convenient."

"Not a brand new property but well maintained, very comfortable bed, clean linen changed daily, hot shower, spacious room. Set amongst beautiful gardens, central location, fantastic staff. Excellent value overall, recommend also the breakfast buffet."
