Good value great location

Excellent location for a couple of days before heading to Nusa Lembongan. Staff very accommodating if needing something just ask. Value for money clean older style Bali accommodation.

We found Yulias to be quite private and very conveniently situated. Although the pool area is quiet small most times we were completely on our own. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests.

We have been staying at Yulia for some 20 years now and it never lets us down. Always friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. The Yulia Kitchen is a great place to eat and relax too. staff always friendly. the improvement's of the air conditioned area was well received too

- Book and stayed for 2 nights in Sept.2024. Was not tempted to extend my stay. - Room spacious, esp the bathroom. No safe, unfortunately. - Location quiet, especially considering close proximity to Kuta shopping, restaurants, bars etc. - Pool small by current standards, but pleasant enough. - Breakfast, served in the hotel's cafe (open to public) was OK. - Overall value for money considered reasonable.

Our experience was like most of the other reviews. Great AC. Clean room and property. Nice pool. Staff were outstanding. The only problem I had was with the internet. A fair amount of time I had to go out of my room to get a connection, but it gave me a chance to sit on the nice balcony, so it wasn't all bad. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel choice in Kuta. You are 2.5 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Kuta square and a short walk from Poppies Lane. You are also pretty close to the airport. It was very clean. Some geckos came visiting on the balcony, but that is part of being in Indonesia. The outdoor shower for the pool was not working when we got there, but they fixed it. The breakfast is quite good but they do not give you a fruit plate first, as the other hotels we stayed at in Bali. We stayed in Kuta last, after going to Nusa Penida, Amed and Menjangan. So we were toured out and just wanted to shop and get spa treatments.

Fantastic location for walking to the beach, Legian and eateries, but lovely and quiet. We had huge rooms, yes, in need of a spruce up. The shower screens need to be the target of a working bee - a lot of soap scum buildup, but otherwise clean. There was a leak starting in the bathroom ceiling which they need to look at. Probably a lot of repairs needed post Covid. Pool looked a little cloudy, and we wished for a bit more shade, as the water is warm, but nice for an early morning swim. Beds were super comfy, linen and towels nice and clean. If you want to spend your holiday dollars on experiences rather than fancy hotel rooms, this is the place for you. We will stay again when visiting friends in Kuta.
