Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute.

Nice, room facing the pool. but the water of the "fountain" on the window is bit dirty. bit distance to walk to the beach but should not be a problem to those who enjoy walking. Or just grab a gojek :D

I am from UK. Stayed there for three nights. Nice swimming pool area. Computer terminals available for use with MS office, clean linen available upon request, hot and cold shower, English movie channels, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Air con not good in the room. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby and dinning area.

ホテルのスタッフの対応、部屋の清潔感、プール、など雰囲気も十分Goodだと思います。 ただし、週末は中国人が真夜中にホテル到着し、大声で廊下で話す、部屋が隣であるとうるさいです。おそらく一部屋に3人程度宿泊されておりとてもうるさいです。この中国人の大量受け入れ、真夜中のマナーを徹底を怠ると、その他のとても良い評価が台無しになってしまうと思いました。残念です。

Virkelig slidt hotel, som ligger frygteligt i forhold til byen. Og som på ingen måde lever op til at være handicapvenlig! Vi måtte flytte hotel.

I almost lost my job because the internet connection is really bad. I cant even access any website at all. They dont even have wired cable for internet back up. internet is very important for me because i am working online. nothing special about breakfast. its always the same

Nice hotel with wonderful staff.

The staff went above and beyond to obtain transportation and area information. They were attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

Reasonably priced hotel, poorly soundproofed rooms

overall satisfactory. good service from staff. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory for the price. Room was poorly soundproofed , could hear noises from street, neighbouring rooms and corridors, especially with lots of tour groups , can be rowdy during breakfast and at night along the corridors.

I expected more from Holiday inn brand...

Stayed for two nights ...it was okay but if you are sensitive to noise, this is not right place for you. You hear all noise from corridors / adjoining rooms etc in your room. They have only queen beds, no choice of King bed. Food is okay.

安くてきれいなホテル

ロケーション的にはけして便利な所ではないですが、価格が安いのが最大の魅力です。海には近くありませんし、アクティビティが周辺にありません。但し、パパイヤと言う日本食も販売しているスーパーが近くにあります。また、比較的美味しい日本食レストランも近くにあります。

A simple hotel

The hotel is not near the beach,but there is a restaurant called Bali Nikmat near the hotel. The food is good, but price is too high. There are 2 holiday inn express in Bali. I prefer the other one.

Inconvenient location but nice hotel.

We were recommended to this hotel by our taxi driver after we refused to sleep in the hotel in Legian village supplied as part of our package deal. The hotel is quite new and the staff keep it very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the same every day, which is fine if you like scrambled egg and machine made instant coffee. The hotel appears to cater for Chinese tour groups and it was difficult to find a seat at breakfast on occasions. As we were the only non Asian guests at the time our complaints about not queueing and pushing in, fell on deaf ears. Be aware that the hotel cars /taxis are far more expensive than those from the 'BlueBird', Taxi group, who appear to be scrupiously honest. The hotel will naturally steer you by any means towards there own cars even with untruths.

Excellent staff who are courteous and helpful.

Wish there was cafe in the hotel as guests who are tired from an outing may find it convenient to have their meals in. However there are restaurants, cafés and eateries nearby. Traffic jams are really bad during Dec to Jan period.

Clean and comfortable

My friend and I enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms with good quality showers, and the pool area. The breakfast was basic but good. The hotel is a bit far away from Kuta Beach, but with a map you can walk there in half an hour. It is a short taxi to Kuta beach, Legian and Seminyak. I highly recommend the Kura Kura bus which is cheap and stops off at the Holiday inn, and takes you to all the major towns around including Sanur, Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. There is no bar at the hotel, though you can buy some things from reception. For this reason I would recommend the hotel mainly for business trips. Unlike other hotels, there is no adjunct spa, bar or restaurant.
