We really enjoyed this property for the price. Across the street from the beach, spa beside the hotel, Beachwalk Mall in walking distance and local vendors close by as well. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Will definitely book here if we return.

I wish there was a category for between good and excellent. This was a great value stay and view /location was superb. The breakfast buffet was average and so was the bbq. Again for the price I’m definitely impressed. The executive balcony with ocean view I really can’t get for that price anywhere else. If you are not after fluff robes, and just want a comfortable place to sleep after all the water activities and too tired to care about the noise on Kuta beach and traffic then this location and views heaven - this is the place for you!

It was right across the beach, but the beach could use more picking up of plastic trash that gets washed up. I did see a person who was picking up stuff.The staff was polite& friendly& I was there by10am-ish after arriving from cruise port &could leave All my Bags in a room behind desk while I could change to swimwear *go eat at Coffee House right next to the hotel.VERY low prices and Good sized serving of a salad (I think with salmon!). I went to pool but there were leaves in it and around the area &then workers came along to replace long slats of wood that were a bit loose (I noticed the loose boards when I first walked over that area to a get to a lounge chair.).I was only there for 3 nights &gather they finished their repairs. I left soon after they were banging the wood. ;) &got a towel from them &went to the beach.There's people selling huge freshly cut coconuts there for about $2usd! Which I was so happy to get! Met a friendly couple Annie & Maddie who made fresh smoothies(& Maddie offered his driving services to me at reasonable cost (& took me to airport), & others sold food&surf lessons. I went on tours the next days so didn't stay on property. I asked a staff guy who recommended a fun place to hear live music and have some light food. There was a lively band who also offered Karaoke! & The night before I left I had difficulty with weighing my many bags & between 12am till 4am, a very nice front desk young man brought up a handheld scale to help me 4 times!ThankYou!

Looks old, feels old , needs some TLC. They say check in is at 2 pm, arrived at 2:30, the room was. O ready yet. Breakfast was just average. Shower floor looks dirty.

The staff are absolutely amazing but the hotel does need some upgrades. Beach is directly across the road with easy access. Pools are beautiful and clean. I had a great view of the beach. Great cocktails and light meals.

The hotel is based in a busy area of Kuta, which is very practical. The staff was very kind. The food was good. It seems that the pandemic caused some difficulties because parts of the hotel would need some maintenance.
