"The deluxe villa we stayed in was awesome and one of the best places we have stayed at in a long time. The one item I wish they had were more charging ports available in the living room to charge our devices as other high end resorts have that we stayed at. Overall 5 stars for everything. We will stay there again the next time we travel to Branson."

"Unit was spacious and relatively clean with most things being in working order. One of the double bathroom sinks was clogged and shower floor was disgustingly dirty. That being said, the rest of the unit was almost comfortable and certainly utilitarian. We did not the amenities of the properties but there seemed to be a copious selection. The one thing I particularly abhorred was upon check in, I was directed to a mandatory concierge and to my persistent objections, was told that her high pressure attempt to direct me to a time share spiel was not that but an opportunity to buy into a perenial"

"The staff was personalble and professional. The amenities are excellent; however, the furnishings in the rooms are dated and need TLC. The food was excellent. The most notable deficiency was the fire alarms and subsequent lack of communication and action from the staff which was lacadasical at best and lead to unresponsiveness from guest."

"Room was very clean and nice. Spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and out. If there is anything negative noticed is only that the outside of the building needed a power wash due to algie but it could be scheduled already. Overall great stay!"
