"Clean, comfortable and central motel. We were attending a Wedding close by and needed a place to stay for 1 night. It was clean, the bathroom was spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. A added bonus was it was quiet and close by to the main strip of shops."

"What a little gem Hill End Lodge was. We arrived late at night - cold and tired. John welcomed us warmly and Sue and Laura cooked up a storm for us. The place was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Cabin was set in the most beautiful surroundings and cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thanks all. "

"Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. "

"Lovely property reasonably priced. I really liked the block out noice and light curtains so could get a good sleep."

"Check in was smooth. Friendly staff at reception. Well maintained property. Free breakfast (which is a plus). Enough parking. "
