"The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during my 3 day stay. So I was extremely bummed even when they wouldn’t offer a small refund. They also double charged me for my stay. I paid back in March on Expedia and they charged my card when I got there. However the lady was able to give me a refund on the second charge once I brought it to her attention. I stayed here for the convenience of the convention center, but I might look around at other options next time."

"Everything was great! Room super clean, staff really nice and helpful. The only thing that I didnt like is that I had to pay $10 a night to park. For the amount of the hotel room I thought that was a bit greedy. But overall, everything was great!"

"Looking for a lower cost hotel in this area and this one was the most affordable. Newer building and great location to access the surrounding cities. We were warned that the amenities were sparse and packed accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The lack of even a plastic cup to take medications was a bit disappointing. A cheap ice tray in the freezer shouldn't be too much to ask either. TV was fine and refrigerator/freezer spacious. Stayed two nights so didn't test the capabilities of room service. Very clean. Slept well. Will stay again."

"Let me start off by saying it takes a LOT for me to write a bad review. The photos of this hotel are VERY deceiving. It is right by a huge casino which has lots of random people all around the surrounding area. It did not feel safe. There was even a mobile camera unit from a police department in the parking lot. Once we got inside the hotel, it felt safer since there was an armed guard on duty throughout the night. Our room smelled like dirty feet as soon as we walked in. We discovered that it was the carpet that smelled so bad. We also had a bullet hole in our window on the 5th floor! It might have been from a pellet gun but I have photos. The bed was surprisingly comfortable despite the mattress pad under the sheet being a size too small so it was just on top of the mattress instead of fitted around the corners. The breakfast was less than appealing. We are not super picky with hotel breakfasts. Give us some scrambled eggs & a waffle or fruit & we're good. They had biscuits & gravy but were out of biscuits. They only had hard boiled eggs & yogurt- not a fruit in site. Overall, we were super disappointed in just about everything with this stay."

"I find it hard to believe that EQC Sponsors the Seattle Mariners, and yet you can't get Mariners game on TV in the rooms. The hotel doesn't subscribe to get the games even though they sponsor them. I had to watch on my phone. RIDICULOUS!!!"
