"Check-in with Rachelle (maybe Rochelle, sorry don’t know the spelling) was awesome! She was prompt, friendly, super clear and helpful. We had an Amazon package (knee scooter) coming for my husband who just had surgery so that he could scoot around the Tacoma Dome for Mat Classic. She took a note about the package and texted when it arrived, then held it at the desk for us. This was super helpful to us as it was a busy weekend. She made the experience a happy one. Thank you!"

"Comfortable hotel, very nice breakfast.
They even called us when we accidentally forgot some medicine in our room. We were able to recover it quickly thanks to their great team. Thanks!"
