2/10 Terrible

"I had planned to stay for 2 nights. First problem was the single elevator was not functional. I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor. When I got back to the hotel, planning to stay the second night, I was informed that the water had become nonfunctional. I had to scramble around to find another hotel for a one-night stay. The elevator was still not working. To ensure getting a refund for the second night, there was a single clerk who was new and he spent considerable time on the phone, ensuring someone else was getting reimbursed for a prepaid stay, while a number of us of stood and waited. Finally a second managerial person came in, and ultimately she helped, but she did not bring her logon credentials, so there was another delay. The less-experienced clerk told her he did not need any help, while steam was coming out of the ears of the people waiting."

"Got there late, deep into the night. Doors were locked, properly, signage stated the office closed at a certain time. Just when I was about to search for who to call, the nighttime attendant came out to check us in. Perfect. The coffee was great. Thank you Hometown Red Roof Inn Puyallup."

"Ive been staying here almost 2 weeks, paying good money to, because they have not been cheap due to comedians and people coming to perform, no ice in the ice machine, which is the basic amenities ha, rooms have been dirty (being cleaned by the same person) found spiders in lamps, was able to let one back outside. Had a police standoff yesterday had to wait 2 hours for a room to which the staff didn't care or offer any kind of substitutes or accommodations. I turned their towels black and green from cleaning before I could lay down and rest, so youre welcome to whomever gets those rooms, community is cool, some staff is okay, rooms are cool and basic."

"Pros: bed comfortable, looked clean, fridge, microwave, quiet at night. Cons: pool was closed! old bathroom, dingy, chipped porcelain , no shampoo/conditioner, only a tiny bar of soap, no bedside lamp, no coffee maker, floor turned my socks black when walking around, microwave didn’t turn and never got a remote that worked the tv in 2 days. Place is fine if you want cheapest stay but def no extras."
